Ellie Cahill-Nicholls

With over a decade's experience in some of the biggest London agencies, director Ellie Cahill-Nicholls founded ECN Talent in 2024.  She has worked with actors from across the UK and Europe, and supported them to build careers in theatre, television, film and radio. Passionate about theatre and comedy since her earliest years, Ellie is known as an agent who looks after her clients, rather than simply managing them.

Kim Robinson

Kim has been in the industry for over 20 years, training as an actor before finding her happy place as an agent. With a love for all aspects of the industry and passion for comedy, Kim brings a wealth of experience after working in some of the biggest agencies in the UK. She is a nurturing & approachable agent and a believer in the importance of work life balance. She loves dog walks by the sea, taking her children to the theatre & watching a good sitcom.

Elsie Fallon

Elsie came into agenting from a career in acting. After graduating in Musical Theatre she worked on stage, in television and film, including a season at The National Theatre, as well as doing commercials and voiceover work. She previously worked for a large London agency in the acting and commercials departments. Before that Elsie worked as an assistant to a top Literary Agent and to several leading Casting Directors. Elsie is the principal of a children’s performing arts school in Hertfordshire which runs classes on Saturdays and also teaches musical theatre at after-school sessions.

Elsie is super organised, tenacious and enjoys rooting for ECN’s clients. She is also mum to a fearless 3 year old.
